Mustafa Mehmet Ali

Mustafa Mehmet Ali received his Ph.D. degree from Carleton University, Ottawa, ON, Canada in 1983 and M.Sc. and B.Sc. degrees from Boğaziçi University, Istanbul, Turkey in 1979 and 1977 respectively, all in electrical engineering.

Since 1985 he has been at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Concordia University, Montreal, QC, Canada, where he is a Professor.

His research area is in performance modeling and analysis of wireless and wired communication networks in which he has extensively published. Presently, he is interested in cognitive radio networks, wireless mesh and sensor networks, VANETs and network coding.
